By downloading, installing, or using Card Command Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Please read these terms carefully — they affect your legal rights.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Neuro Lab Games LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of Card Command Pro (the "App"). By creating an account or using any feature of the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Card Command Pro is a personal credit card and bill management application that allows you to:
All data is stored locally on your device in Phase 1. The App does not connect to banks, credit card issuers, or financial institutions in Phase 1.
The current version of Card Command Pro is a Beta release. As a Beta user, you acknowledge and agree that:
During the Beta period, the App is offered with a 30-day free trial followed by a one-time lifetime license fee of $4.99 USD (the "Founder's Price"). Payment of the one-time fee grants you a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any device you personally own or control.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Phase 2 features (bank connectivity, cloud sync, OCR scanning) will be offered as a separate optional subscription. Founder's Edition purchasers will receive a discounted rate on Phase 2 features. Phase 1 local features will remain available to all license holders regardless of Phase 2 subscription status.

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, credit, legal, or tax advice. Interest estimates, payoff projections, utilization grades, and credit score impact assessments are approximate calculations for personal reference only. Always consult a licensed financial advisor, credit counselor, or attorney for personalized guidance regarding your financial situation.

You agree to use the App only for lawful personal financial organization. You will not:
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logo, name "Card Command Pro," and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by Neuro Lab Games LLC and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your license to use the App does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEURO LAB GAMES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neuro Lab Games LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property disputes.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you may discontinue use and request a refund if within the refund window.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, but you retain access to any data you have exported. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
